Silicone Style & Process
-
Silicone is more environmentally friendly and softer compared to PVC material, resulting in a more refined finished product and a higher cost.
-
The glow-in-the-dark effect of silicone patches comes from a phosphorescent coating, providing a better glow compared to PVC.
-
Silicone patches offer versatile design possibilities and can be combined with various other materials and processes.

Flat printing without thickness max size can be 39*52cm(15.35*20.47")
Silicone heat transfer label
Silicone heat transfer can be produced with or without thickness, with a maximum thickness of up to 3mm. The texture is extremely soft and comfortable, allowing for both a raised and smooth touch. The colors are vibrant and rich in layers. With no base material, it is suitable for creating hollow designs.
Silicone Patch
Combining different base materials with screen-printed silicone creates a versatile visual effect with an excellent tactile feel. The base materials can include silicone, fabric, leather, TPU, lettering film, injection-molded substrates, and various other materials with smooth surfaces.
Combination Process
The combination of various materials and processes, such as woven, embroidery, TPU, heat transfer film, and molded silicone, is freely arranged in one patch, featuring both a main body and embellishments.
Color-changing & Anti-counterfeiting
Both the overall and partial aspects of the patch can feature glow-in-the-dark and color-changing effects. This can be applied to visual design effects and used for product anti-counterfeiting purposes.
Reflective Effect
Whether produced as reflective or glow-in-the-dark effects, both can enhance nighttime safety, and even reflective and glow-in-the-dark effects can coexist in the same patch. Reflective effects can theoretically be created in any color.
Vintage Design
Achieving this vintage style through distressed web effects decoration, coordinated with a worn color palette, and even employing specific damage for an aged look.
Orderly Woven Base
Using base materials with horizontal and vertical lines, diagonal patterns, or other orderly weaving methods, combined with appropriate designs, showcases a versatile yet orderly visual effect.
Engraving Film Base
Using engraving film as the base material, further processing is applied with silicone on the engraved substrate.
Featuring a unique tactile sensation and visual effects.
Distinctive Texture
This type of silicone patch features a base material with a unique texture. Whether it's the same texture in different colors, different textures in the same color, or varied textures on different layers, all can be achieved.
Gritty & Smooth
These silicone patches possess a unique texture, offering a subtly gritty feel with fine resistance when touched, yet remarkably smooth. This is our latest product developed through innovation.
Kids Style
Combining visual elements and tactile effects that children love. In addition to aesthetics, we also prioritize the environmental friendliness and safety of our products.
Backing Style
Iron on backing is the most popular type of patch backing currently. Adding a layer of hot-melt adhesive on the back of the patch allows for easy attachment to fabric using an iron or heat press. No sewing is required, saving on labor costs. It comes in both low-temperature and high-temperature hot-melt adhesive options.
